Meet the Team
Jami Schultz, CNP
Jami is a mother of two and a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20+ years of nursing experience both as an RN and Nurse Practitioner in a variety of settings, including Family Medicine, Acute Care, Surgery, Health Coaching, Student Health and Men’s Hormone Management. Jami provides care for both men and women.
Jami holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from South Dakota State University (2004), and a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Clarkson College (2013). Currently, Jami is working towards a Functional Medicine certification.
A NOTE FROM JAMI:
I am so excited for this new venture and so happy you’re here! I am passionate about helping patients become advocates for their own health and well-being, and supporting them through the process of achieving their goals. I feel blessed to be on this journey with my partner Shanna, and I am overjoyed by our dream of transforming healthcare and having a positive impact on our patients.
My husband, Casey, and I have two busy children and two dogs. We enjoy supporting our kids through all of their activities and sporting events. I enjoy family outings, spending time outdoors, exercising, and interior decorating.
Shanna Konz, CNP
Shanna is a mother of three and a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Menopause Practitioner. Shanna has almost 20 years of experience in the nursing profession, caring for a variety of women’s health conditions. She has extensive background knowledge in preconception care, infertility, menstrual cycle disorders, polycystic ovarian syndrome, perimenopause/menopause, and general wellness exams along with integrative/functional medicine consultations. Shanna’s integrative approach to medicine combines traditional women’s health philosophies with innovative testing and treatment options.
Shanna received her undergraduate degrees from both Concordia University – St. Paul, MN, and Winona State University in Rochester, MN. She obtained her Master’s of Science Degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE. Shanna hold’s certification as a Certified Menopause Practitioner from the North American Menopause Society. Shanna also has training through the Academy of Integrative Health & Medicine and the School of Applied Functional Medicine.

Welcome to Self-Care Studio! I am confident you will be happy that you took this step of investing in yourself. I have a special interest in helping patients by digging deeper to find the root cause of health concerns. Getting to know your needs takes time, and that is what we are committed to providing you: quality care, quality time, and meaningful results. My favorite part about our visit will be empowering you to understand that you are unique and so are your health care needs.
When not at work, I very much enjoy taking my three boys to their activities, catching up on the newest Dateline mystery with my husband, or spending some time on the golf course, when the weather allows.
Megan Sage, CNP
Megan is a mother of two and a Certified Nurse Practitioner. She has over 17 years of experience in the nursing profession, caring for patients of various ages and stages. As a nurse practitioner, Megan has worked in aesthetic medicine, ophthalmology, and primary care with a focus on disease prevention and health promotion. Megan has a certification in Functional Nutrition, is Reiki attuned, and has a passion for improving mental health through a multidisciplinary approach.
Megan received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Lincoln, NE. She earned her Master’s of Nursing degree from Clarkson College in Omaha, NE. Megan is currently working on her Women’s Mental Health Specialist certification.
Stacie Gruenhagen, RN
Stacie is an Aesthetic Registered Nurse and a proud wife to Jeff, mom to three amazing kids, and grandma to twin grandsons. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from NSU and earned her cosmetology license from LATI. With over 25 years of experience as a cosmetologist, she later expanded her expertise by graduating from LATI/USD as an RN. For the past nine years, Stacie has worked in hospital, clinic, and urgent care settings.
Her passion for women’s wellness and the aesthetic side of nursing makes her a perfect addition to the Self-Care family. Stacie fell in love with SC as a patient, drawn by their commitment to going the extra mile—taking time to listen and create personalized experiences for patients. She’s eager to bring her expertise and learn new aesthetic treatments to enhance the incredible services SC already offers.
Outside of work, Stacie enjoys traveling with her family, chasing her grandkids, cheering on her husband as he coaches basketball, reading a great book, and spending time outdoors. Her Happy Place? Anywhere by the water, whether it’s the lake or the ocean.

Membership & Packages
Do you Accept Health Insurance?
Self-Care Studio is an insurance-free practice. This gives us the ability to choose the best personalized path for each patient versus the insurance companies dictating the plan of care. We accept payments via cash, check, debit card or credit card. We also offer payment plans through Cherry financing, which may allow you to budget the cost of your visit over several months, interest-free.
Upon request, we are happy to provide you with a Superbill. A superbill is a document showing the services you received from a healthcare provider that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement toward your deductible or health-savings (HSA/Flex) account. You can usually expect at least partial coverage for our services, but this is at the discretion of your insurance company.
We cannot guarantee coverage of any amount by your insurance company. Health insurance companies do not typically cover cosmetic procedures or hydration services as they are not normally considered to be “medically necessary.” But we believe what qualifies care as “necessary” should be determined by the individual and the provider, not dictated by health insurance companies. Most importantly, we believe in honest pricing and transparency. We strive to provide affordable options and services by keeping our operating and patient costs as low as possible. The regulations involved in insurance billing and processing claims would increase our costs substantially, which is why we simply do not accept health insurance.
